Dyne:bolic (excerpt from preface to manual)

July 13th, 2008 Dubbybear Posted in Dipping the nib | 7 Comments »

I reprint here an excerpt from the preface of the manual to a Dyne:bolic, a flavour if you will of GNU/Linux, a free operating system. Some other operating systems you might know, if the term seems obcsure and doesn’t say much, are Windows XP and Vista as well as Mac’s OSX

Jaromil is the founder of the Dyne:bolic distribution and this is Jaromil’s message, divulging the roots of his beliefs concerning freedom and why each person who uses free software is winning a victory in the war to emancipate themselves from slavery.
